Our Story

Parker & Associates was founded in 1995 by Dan Parker with a straightforward idea: retail real estate is a relationship business, and the best outcomes come from brokers who know their clients, know their markets, and stay involved from the first conversation through move-in day and beyond.

Over the past three decades, that principle has guided every deal we have done. We have represented national restaurant chains expanding into new markets, local retailers opening their first storefronts, and property owners looking to attract the right tenant mix to their shopping centers. The common thread is a commitment to understanding what each client actually needs — not just in square footage and lease terms, but in long-term business fit.

Today, our team of three principals — Dan Parker, Noah Stegman, and Braden Parker — works across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. We have completed over 500 transactions totaling more than $200 million in deal volume. We hold California DRE License #00836385.
