Our Story
Dan Parker founded Parker & Associates in 1995 to represent retail tenants and property owners in Southern California. The firm works with national restaurant chains, independent retailers, and shopping center owners.
Today, our team of three principals — Dan Parker, Noah Stegman, and Braden Parker — works across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. We have completed over 500 transactions totaling more than $200 million in deal volume. We hold California DRE License #00836385.
Every client works directly with a principal of the firm. That broker handles the property search or leasing assignment, discusses the options with you, and leads negotiations.
Who we work with
We have worked with In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, Men's Wearhouse, and VCA Animal Hospital, as well as independent operators and property owners across Southern California.
For tenants, we consider the business, budget, and operating requirements alongside the location. For landlords, we look at the space, the existing tenant mix, and the businesses that could use it.
Our work includes reviewing asking rents, local competition, zoning considerations, and lease terms so clients can compare their options before making a decision.

- Inland Empire — Growing expertise in the Riverside and San Bernardino County retail markets, including mountain communities like Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear.
